Well this is frustrating. #Verizon @Verizon no longer takes care of their repairs at their stores. Step 1 call a number and make an appt 2 go to some place called “You break I fix” I don’t even want to know what happens next. If you’re thinking of Verizon, check others

@VerizonSupport Decision made. No matter what I am ready with, verizon seems to be not willing to even temporarily unlock phone. Moving out of verizon before upgrading other lines who understands that life changes and people might need exceptions. So much to be a loyal customer. @hansvestberg
