Literally the last thing I want or need to do is spend MORE time on the phone or at a @jpmorgan @ChaseSupport 🏦 branch. That has consumed no less than 30 hours of my work week since August 4th. What you need to do is FIX this. Make it easier & less time consuming for families.

@Chase @United I paid the high annual fee for the United Explorer card in 2020, but have not used any of the lounge passes I received from you that are expiring end of September (have not been flying due to pandemic) - is there no way you can extend them? Costomer service?
