I’m not happy with the flavor, color, or taste of my pretzels. What can I do?

We’re sorry you’re not enjoying our delicious pretzels as much as we are.The science behind pretzel baking is a complex one and unfortunately that means that even the smallest change in processing or baking time can change the physical appearance of the product, resulting in some variations with the shape and color of the pretzels! We want you to know that we at Quinn take the quality of our products very seriously and want to ensure that our customers are receiving only the highest quality products! If you are unhappy with your recent bag of pretzels for any reason, please email us on theCONNECTpage of our website with and if possible, include Best By and Batch information located in the top corner of the bag so we can make things right.

Where does the mixed tocopherols in your pretzels come from?

The mixed tocopherols are derived from Non-GMO sunflower oil extract.

What is Palm Done Right?

Palm Done Right is an initiative under Natural Habitats that is committed to sourcing palm oil in a rigorously sustainable way. We partner with PDR because they follow a "Palm Done Right Promise," that ensures that their palm oil is 100% organic, deforestation free, wildlife friendly, fair and socially responsible– ultimately improving the quality of life for all stakeholders. You can learn more about our palm oil on our Farm To Bag page or at the Palm Done Right Website.

Why does the serving size or number of Pretzels vary in each bag?

The number of pretzels in each bag varies slightly because we sell our pretzel products by weight. While the number of pieces may vary slightly from bag to bag, as individual piece weight/density varies from batch to batch/run to run, we can confirm that the same quantity is included in each bag of our pretzels. If you are unhappy with the serving size in your recent bag of pretzels for any reason, please email us on the contact page of our website with more information so that we can make things right!

Why do you use sunflower oil in your products?

We chose to use high oleic sunflower oil in our pretzels because we love its rich buttery flavor. We source our oil from Colorado Mills, who presses their oil just a few hours from our office. Working with a local company like Colorado Mills helps us have more transparency and a lower carbon footprint than we would sourcing avocado or coconut oil from other countries. You can learn more about our Organic High Oleic Sunflower Oil on our Ingredient Transparency page or at the Colorado Mills website.

Why are you using pea protein in your products?

We incorporated pea protein in our gluten free pretzels to help mimic the dough qualities that gluten typically provides. Yellow peas are also a very useful rotational crop for US farmers as they add nitrogen back to the soil and are drought tolerant which is in alignment of Quinns mission to support regenerative farming practices.

Collaborations / Social Media Inquiries

How do I get in touch for social media collaborations or brand ambassador opportunities?

Currently, we do not have a brand ambassador program in place as we are still a growing brand. As a result, we aren’t taking on any new sponsorship opportunities at the moment, but we hope to be able to do so in the future as we continue to grow! To keep in touch and stay up to date on potential social media collaboration opportunities, please reach out to us on ourCONNECTpage and a member of our marketing team will be sure to reach out if we are interested in teaming up! If you have a media kit/portfolio, don’t forget to include that in your email, too!

Would Quinn Snacks be interested in donating to our cause or upcoming event?

While we would love to help with every donation request we receive, as a growing brand, we’re still limited in what we can do. We stick to a small number of causes and events each month that align strongly with our mission to provide real, nutritious food to kids and families, support US farmers and producers, and empower people to know where their food came from. If you would like to partner with Quinn for an event/donation, please contact us through ourCONNECTpage with the details and a member of our team will get back to you if we are interested in teaming up.
